01 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Male Bet and its users. Male Bet is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated at the domain malebet.ws. These Terms apply to browsing the website, opening an account, placing bets, playing games, and using any of Male Bet's services.

Although Male Bet is operated with Bangladeshi users in mind, it operates under an international license. It is your responsibility to ensure that using this platform complies with the laws of your country.

02 Account Registration

A valid account is required to access services on Male Bet. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false or incorrect details is a direct violation of Male Bet's terms and conditions.

• A valid mobile number (compatible with your bKash / Nagad / Rocket account)
• A valid email address

Single Account Policy:

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are found, Male Bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any remaining balances.

03 Age & Eligibility

05 Betting Rules & Regulations

• Live betting odds change in real time once an event has started
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with Male Bet's own policy

Bet Settlement:

All bets are settled based on official results, typically within 30 minutes of the result being announced. In the case of disputed outcomes, Male Bet may put settlement on hold until verification is complete.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Male Bet regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals for its users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement (typically 5x to 30x)
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit after claiming a bonus
• If a single individual attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be terminated

• If bonus abuse is confirmed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited

07 Prohibited Activities

Male Bet is committed to maintaining a fair and safe betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing or any form of manipulation
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Placing bets using insider information (insider trading)
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the system
• Threatening or harassing other users

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Male Bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the Terms & Conditions
• Failure to submit required documents for verification
• In cases of suspicious financial activity
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• Extended periods of inactivity (over 12 months)

Users may also close their account at any time by emailing support@malebet.ws. A request to withdraw any remaining balance can be submitted before the account is closed.

09 Limitation of Liability

Male Bet strives to deliver its services to the highest standard. However, Male Bet is not liable for the following:

• When a bet or transaction fails due to loss of internet connectivity
• Loss caused by delays or errors in third-party payment systems
• If login credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence
• When the service is temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical issues

Under any circumstances, Male Bet's maximum liability to a user shall not exceed the balance held in that user's account.

11 Dispute Resolution

2. Step Two: If the matter is not resolved at the first step, Male Bet's senior resolution team will review the case.
3. Step Three: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be resolved through international arbitration.

Complaint submission deadline: All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant incident. Complaints filed after this period may not be accepted.

12 Changes to Terms
